Velinda will sit down with each buyer to discuss your wants and needs. You will go over the entire buying process. Most importantly, you'll learn about one another so that you are sure Velinda is the right fit for you as your Realtor.
Financing
You'll learn what type of loan is best for you and why. Velinda will provide you with contacts if needed, to put you in the best financial position as possible. Velinda has expertise in connecting buyers with local lenders in Tallahassee, Florida.
Showings
Velinda will remain on alert for homes that are on the market, coming on the market, back on the market and more. Velinda will schedule showings to accommodate your schedule. With being a local Tallahassee Realtor, Velinda stays in touch with Tallahassee builders, businesses, friends, family, etc. to stay in the loop of market happenings.
Paperwork
Velinda will explain and handle all buyer forms that are needed.
Negotiating
Velinda will strongly present and negotiate on your behalf. Your interests as her buyer will be fully protected.
Inspections
Velinda will check to see what inspections can be done with each particular property. She will schedule the inspections in a timely manner and be on-site for inspections. If any repairs are needed, Velinda will assist you with negotiating these repairs with the seller(s).
Closing
From the final walk through to paperwork, Velinda and her team will ensure all is set for closing and you are completely satisfied. You will walk away with pure satisfaction with Velinda and the transaction.
