It was TOUGH. There were many Realtors in my local area who only sold 1-2 homes all year long. With interest rates, the new Buyers laws being passed, the political scene, low inventory... we had a lot working against us. BUT what do I do in a year like this? Do I choose to not walk into the office and call it a day until the market turns?
Not one bit.
I enter the market with enthusiasm and I ask everyone around who needs my help- my service. And for that and for everyone who has helped my business grow to where it's at here in my Year 5, I thank you and the universe greatly.

I held an Open House in the neighborhood of Persimmon which is just off of Thomasville Road in North Tallahassee. We met many amazing neighbors and had a great time and a great show (despite the hurricane/weather situation HOURS up to the event). Lori Rawlings of ServisFirst Bank sponsored our Open House along with Nick Graganella of G&G Title Agency Inc.
I had an amazing closing with some Tampa buyers who were sent my way from their amazing Agent, Traci Burns of Smith & Associates in Tampa, Florida. We closed the deal at Smith Thompson Shaw Colón & Power P.A. where they handle customers at such an amazing level of diligence and service.
When not spending time working in Real Estate, I got to spend so many lovely free moments with my family right here. Jeff and I are thanking God as we speak for the blessings and our son and daughter.
I want to grow even more next year and here is the true story- I have so much to offer to the Tallahassee Real Estate Market and I am still waiting on many to take the chance on me. Not being from here creates a bit of challenge but I am asking you to call me, let's connect and let's just see what happens.
